Edelweiss Ranch was established in 2006 at picturesque Doon Doon in northern New South Wales. The property is adjacent to the Clarry Hall Dam, in the area between the Mt Jerusalem and Nightcap National Parks.

Owners Peter and Sue Ellen Barnowicz selected this location for its rich pastures and ideal climate for breeding high quality Belted Galloway cattle and Lipizzaner horses. Extensive improvements to the property infrastructure and a careful stock selection have laid the foundations for successful breeding programs.
